Monday to Friday: 10:00 pm – 6:00am (Service hours are subject to change according to service needs)

Service Boundary: Central and Western District, and Islands

  Service Objectives 

  • To reduce the crisis when the children and youth go out in late night time;

  • To refer young night drifters to daytime social welfare service if needed;​

  • To assist children and youth to develop their potential so that they can have all-round development;

  • To prevent the children and youth from developing bad habits.

  Target Group 

  • Children and youth aged from 6 to 24 in the local community

Scopes of Service  

  • Our professional social workers reach out and build a relationship with the children and who usually hang around in public premises such as parks, football field and convenience stores. After understanding their needs and problems, the social workers will provide crisis intervention (e.g. temporary shelters), counselling and referrals to them concerned.

 Facilities  

  • Activity room and interview room equipped with TV games and other entertainment facilities.

 Fees 

  • Guidance and counselling are free of charge. Programmes or activities will be charged depending on their nature. 

Application Procedures 

  • Apply through social workers, or referred by organisations, schools, parents or individuals.

Withdrawal Procedures 

Submit your request through social workers.
