Monday & Friday: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Tuesday: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Thursday: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Service Boundary:Tung Chung (Fu Tung Estate, Yu Tung Court, Tung Chung Crescent, Seaview Crescent and Caribbean Coast)
Service Objectives
To assist children and youth to enhance their abilities to solve problems encountered in families, schools, socialisation and so on; to develop positive behaviour and values; to arouse the community’s concern on the needs and challenges which the youth are facing so as to build up a favourable social environment.
Target Group and Scopes of Service
Target Group
Needy children and youth aged from 6 to 24 in the local community
Scopes of Service
Through the outreaching service, establish contact with the children and youth in need.
Individual and group counselling: through interviews, home visits and counselling, guidance to help the development of children and youth.
Special programmes and projects: skills training, life planning and life experience.
Crisis intervention.

Activity room, interview room, TV games, and chess games
Fees
Guidance and counselling are free of charge. Programmes will be charged depending on the nature of activities.
