Service Objectives

This service aims to take care of the elderly living in the community and to provide them with supplementary health care services and health education activities, which help elders in the “Elderly Health Lifestyle Project”. The elderly can gain more knowledge about health and build up a healthy lifestyle which improves their quality of life and keeps them staying in the community.
Target Group

People aged 60 or above
Scopes of Service

Health check, health information enquiries, simple wound management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, purchase of rehabilitation tools on behalf of service users, assessment of home environment and rehabilitation service, community health education, etc.
Facilities

Exercise and treatment Room, multi-sensory treatment room, nursing room, activity room, TV, touch-screen computer, audio and visual equipment, newspapers and magazine, etc.

Fees will be charged based on individual services or activities.
