Service Objectives

Work proactively to identify affected elders who are affected by the clearance of Block 9,10,11 & 13 of Pak Tin Estate; make referral to community resources to fulfil personal needs; enhance mutual support and self-help capabilities of residents; promote understanding and communication of affected elders on the progress of the clearance of Block 9,10,11 & 13 of Pak Tin Estate.

Apply in person or by phone to the centre.

Referred by government departments, Social Welfare Department, hospitals, non-government organisations, local organisations and individuals.
