Exchange Activities
Our Council is committed to promoting cross-regional exchange. Over the past two years, it has visited cities such as Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Guangzhou, Dongguan, and Beijing to explore large-scale social welfare institutions, elderly care facilities, youth centers, and other service units related to the organization’s work in Mainland China. Regular cultural exchange activities have also been organized, including performances of the “Cross-Border Oral History Theatre”and outreach visits.
Our Council has consistently worked to enhance the understanding of social welfare issues and services in the Greater Bay Area and across the country among its staff and committee members. This effort aims to identify opportunities for synergy between local services and those in Mainland China, helping participants stay informed about the latest developments.
Additionally, Our Council facilitates deeper exchanges between youth and university students from both regions, promoting cross-regional and cross-sector knowledge sharing. It regularly collaborates with tertiary institutions to organize various exchange programs.
