• Enhancing the capacity of ethnic minorities in health management;
• Enhancing the knowledge and the capacity of ethnic minorities in mental health management;
• Connecting ethnic minorities with existing health care services;
• Building up the capacity of social welfare and medical sectors to support the physical health and mental health needs of Ethnic Minority families.

• Individuals and families of Ethnic Minority living, studying and working in Hong Kong Island, Kwun Tong District and Islands District

• Proving Physical and Mental Health intake assessment
• Providing short and initial counseling service
• Making referral for those individuals who are in-need or at high risks of mental and physical health to mainstream social and welfare services
• Providing educational, supportive and therapeutic groups, programs on Physical and Mental Health, workshops on health management
• Organizing training workshop on community health care services navigation
• Providing cultural sensitivity training for healthcare and NGO professionals 

Free of charge for initial health assessment / subject to activity for fee charge
