Tung Chung Integrated Services Centre was established in 2001. Upholding the people oriented, family-oriented and community based principles, we emphasise that services should be driven by “needs” and provided from the “strength-based” perspective and it is our edge to provide optimised services in the community. The centre, based on the needs of individuals and families at all stages of life, provides one-stop and diversified activities for children, youth, parents, adults, elders and families.
