• To enhance the community participation of residents, and solve the problems in the community by themselves.

• To enhance the communication between local stakeholders and government, and improve the living environment and quality of life for the residents.

• To develop the mutual help network and support for specific needy groups in the community.

  To raise their awareness of the society through various activities such as exhibition, talks and information counters for residents.

  To encourage mutual-help support within the residents and promote volunteer work in the community so that different needs from any specific groups can be satisfied.

  To provide information and make individual referral so that issues in their daily lives can be assisted.

• General service is free of charge, individual activities may be charged depending on their nature.
