• Facilitate mutual support & self-help capacities of residents by volunteer training;

• Assist residents to adapt to the community and build a sense of belongings to the community;

• Collaborate with cross sector in order to sustain the continued development.

• Residents living in Pak Tin Estate (Sum Tin House, Wing Tin House, Kin Tin House, Hong Tin House, Ching Tin House, Long Tin House, Nga Tin House).

• Flat in-take support

• Lending of tools

• Volunteer Service

• Community programme

• Welfare application

• Community information 

• Free of charge; individual activities may be charged depending on their nature.
